Service Desk Consultant

In the role of Service Desk Consultant, you will provide technical support to Service Desk internationally located, on our mobile sales Force Automation enterprise solution. You will use new technologies and you will live in a stimulating and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support by telephone or e-mail to decentralized first level service desks;
  • Manage the reports of incidents and service requests using the company Service Management tool;
  • Collaborate in the research and identification of problems;
  • Manage the escalation of more complex incidents to higher support levels;
  • Configuration of client functionalities;
  • Troubleshooting activities (client and server side) on-premise and Azure cloud;
  • Testing activity;
  • Close collaboration with the team in the analysis and development of software functionalities;

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze, to solve problems and to work in teams;
  • Knowledge of SQL and HTML language;
  • Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of Italian and English;
  • Diploma in information technology and / or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (or equivalent degree);
  • Analytical skills and strong orientation to the quality of software solutions;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently;
  • Enthusiasm for a job that involves collaboration with competent and motivated colleagues;
