As Technical Service Consultant you provide our international customers with services related to our solutions WÜRTHPHOENIX NetEye & EriZone. WÜRTHPHOENIX NetEye, a System Management solution based on open source, allows a central monitoring of IT infrastructure. With EriZone, a Service Management solution based on OTRS, we assist our customers with the development and the management of IT-service-processes.
- Delivering consulting services related to our solutions based on Icinga2, ELK, nTop and according to ITIL-standards in a process oriented environment;
- Creating and maintaining a strong relationship with our customers in order to guarantee a highly efficient service;
- Contributing to having our System and Service Management solutions up and running;
- Dealing with customers on an international level in enterprise environment;
- Troubleshooting & bug analysis on different server systems;
- Skilled on Linux-services;
- Familiarity with system debugging;
- Experience with monitoring solutions based on Icinga2/Nagios as well as OTRS-knowledge will be a plus;
- Fluency in German and English, basic knowledge of the Italian language;
- Educational background in Computer Science;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, strongly customer oriented;
- Outstanding problem solving skills, highly service oriented, excellent conflict management ability;
- Good team player, strong commitment;
