  • NetEye User Training Module zum Erlernen der grundlegenden Konzepte des Tools und dessen Anwendung

Ziel

Teilnehmer sollten nach diesem Training in der Lage sein:

  • mit den Hauptfunktionen von NetEye umzugehen
  • grundlegende Konzepte zu unterscheiden
  • zu verstehen, welches das richtige NetEye Monitoring-Konfigurationsdesign für das eigene Unternehmen sein kann

Erforderliche Vorkenntnisse 

  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur und Monitoring

  • Remote Training. Online-Kurs, auf welchen Sie über eine Remote Verbindung zugreifen können.

Benötigte Materialien

  • Die Teilnehmer sollten mit einem eigenen Laptop mit vorinstalliertem Web-Browser (Firefox oder Google Chrome) ausgestattet sein. Wir stellen jedem Teilnehmer eine eigene NetEye-Umgebung zur Verfügung.

  • Der Kurs wird in italienischer Sprache abgehalten. 
  • Die Trainingsunterlagen und die Zertifizierungsprüfung sind immer in englischer Sprache.
